OREANDA-NEWS Russia provides domestic demand for grain, sugar, vegetable oil, meat and fish in excess, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.

Speaking at the Russian-Chinese business forum, he noted that Russia has grown significantly in a number of economic parameters.

"So, last year we reached a new historical maximum for grain harvest - one hundred and fifty-seven million tons. Significantly surpassing even the achievements of the Soviet Union. Now Russia provides domestic demand for grain, sugar, vegetable oil, meat and fish in excess," Mishustin said.
