Russia Imposes Personal Sanctions Against Biden and Other US Dignitaries

OREANDA-NEWS. Russia has imposed personal sanctions against US President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, putting them on a stop list prohibiting entry into the Russian Federation. This was reported in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The Russian sanctions list also includes Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General of the Army Mark Milley, Assistant to the President of the United States for National Security Jacob Sullivan, CIA Director William Burns, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Director of the Agency for International Development Samantha Power , son of US President Hunter Biden, former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, US First Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Adewale Adeyemo, and President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank Reta Lewis.
The Russian Foreign Ministry clarified that in the near future it will announce the expansion of sanctions against senior US officials, the military, legislators and businessmen.
“These actions will be carried out in organic unity with large-scale decisions taken by the Government of the Russian Federation in the financial, banking and other areas to protect the Russian economy and ensure its sustainable development,” the message says.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided to conduct a military special operation to protect the Donbass in response to a request for help from the heads of the LPR and DPR.
