OREANDA-NEWS. According to the new rules of Rosportrebnadzor, Russians are ordered to wear masks in crowded places, transport, in parking lots and in elevators. The resolution has to come into force on October, 28.

Also, the rules prohibit any entertainment events and limit the work of cafes, which will have to be closed from 23:00 to 06:00. The disinfection regime will be strengthened in transport, taxis, shops, restaurants and theaters.

Russian regions are recommended to conduct at least 150 tests on coronavirus per 100 thousand population.

Along with the restrictions common for the whole country, the subjects of the Russian Federation have their own restrictions.

The most difficult epidemiological situation is still observed in Moscow. Muscovites are obliged to strictly adhere to the mask and glove regime, some employees and high school students have switched to remote work, pensioners and people with chronic diseases are asked to stay at home whenever possible.

At the moment, Russia ranks fourth in terms of the number of people infected. More than one and a half million infected were identified in the country, about 1.15 million of them were cured, over 26 thousand of people died.
