OREANDA-NEWS  The development of an international information exchange system to counter the legalization of illegal income has begun in Russia, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order on the allocation of funding for these purposes, according to the official telegram channel of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"Russia has begun developing an information exchange system (SOI) with the countries of Central and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, which will become one of the tools to counter the legalization of illegal income. Mikhail Mishustin signed an order on the allocation of funding for these purposes," the message reads.
By the end of the year, at the expense of federal funds, specialists will carry out work on the technical design and creation of a prototype of soybeans. The resource is planned to be created on the basis of domestic technologies in 2023-2026. The system will include closed communication channels with friendly states. Rosfinmonitoring will be the coordinator of the work on the creation of the system.
