OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian Federation and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) have agreed to start supplying apples to the Russian market. This is reported by TASS with reference to the statement of the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor.

The ministry noted that representatives of the North Korean side expressed great interest in organizing the supply of quarantined products during bilateral negotiations with Russia in June 2024. During the business discussions, the Russian Federation and the DPRK noted the significant potential for expanding trade, including through the supply of apples.
