It turned out that 25.6 percent of companies may make cuts over the next three months, and about eight percent by the end of the year. In addition, seven percent did not rule out that they would make cuts in the next six months.

However, almost 60 percent said they had no plans to make any cuts. Moreover, they have difficulty recruiting the number of employees they need.

Earlier it was reported that almost half of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia are experiencing a shortage of personnel. There is a particularly acute shortage in industry, which needs specialists with modern technologies and skills in working with automated systems and industrial robots.
