OREANDA-NEWS The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the signing of a memorandum with the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan in the field of biological safety. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, the document is published on the official website of regulatory legal acts.

The proposal was submitted by the Russian Foreign Ministry, having coordinated it with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture, the FSB, SVR, Rospotrebnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor and the FMBA of Russia. The document was also worked out with the Kyrgyz side.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was instructed to sign the memorandum on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation.
