Rosleskhoz allocated money to raise salaries for forestry workers

OREANDA-NEWS About one billion rubles have been allocated from the federal budget to increase salaries for forestry workers in 2024, said the head of the Federal Forestry Agency Ivan Sovetnikov.
"In 2024, 46.3 billion rubles are provided from the federal budget for the implementation of the powers of the regions in the field of forest relations, which is higher than last year, of which almost 1 billion rubles are for raising wages," Advisers said at the meeting "Forests of Russia" at the exhibition-forum "Russia".
According to him, revenues from forestry to the Russian budget in 2023 increased by 7% compared to last year, to 50.2 billion rubles, which is 95.3% of the planned volume.
