OREANDA-NEWS Specialists of the center for monitoring and management of the public communications network (GARBAGE) of Roskomnadzor fix a malfunction in the work of the Telegram and WhatsApp messengers, according to the agency's website.

"The Center for Monitoring and Management of the Public Communications Network (CMU SSOP) records a large-scale malfunction of the Telegram and WhatsApp messengers," the message says.

Earlier, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported that Telegram and WhatsApp messengers in Russia are working intermittently.

So, in the Telegram application, some users do not send messages, and dialogs are not updated. The loading of chats is "endless". In turn, WhatsApp writes that there is a network connection, dialogues are also not loaded, and messages are not sent.
