Peskov introduced Russian blogger Vlad Paper as an "unconventional guest." After that, Putin asked: "What do you mean?"

The President added that Paper is "stronger than stone in a well-known game."

Earlier, Putin answered the question whether the head of the Central Bank, Elvira Nabiullina, told him what the key rate would be tomorrow. According to him, she probably doesn't know it herself yet.
