OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of Russian "daughters" Ariston and BSH Hausgerate to the temporary management of Gazprom Household Systems JSC. The document is posted on the portal of the official publication of legal acts.

"To add to section IV of the list of movable and immovable property, securities, shares in the authorized capitals of Russian legal entities and property rights in respect of which temporary management is being introduced... the following changes... "100 percent of the shares in the authorized capital of the limited liability company Ariston Thermo Rus, owned by Ariston Holding N.V. (Ariston Holding N.V.) - Gazprom Household Systems Joint Stock Company... "100 percent of the shares in the authorized capital of the limited liability company "BSH Household Appliances" owned by BSH Hausgerate GmbH (BSH Hausgerate GmbH) - Gazprom Household Systems Joint Stock Company," the document says.

The most famous brands of household appliances of the BSH concern are Bosch and Siemens.
