OREANDA-NEWS  The British Daily Express reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin has strengthened the Navy with two nuclear submarines. The nuclear submarine "Emperor Alexander III" carries 16 intercontinental missiles, and the nuclear submarine "Krasnoyarsk" is equipped with nuclear cruise missiles and torpedoes.

Media reports that the strengthening of the Russian fleet came amid reports that Ukrainian authorities were trying to convince Western countries to provide them with any military assistance. The Ukrainian army is weakening and at the same time does not receive the necessary support from the West.
