OREANDA-NEWS Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to propose changes providing for special conditions for procurement in the field of high technologies, including the procedure for determining the contract price, according to the list of documents following the results of the Eastern Economic Forum held on September 10-13.

"To submit proposals to the Government of the Russian Federation on introducing amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation on the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs, on procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities, providing for the establishment of special conditions for procurement in the field of high technology, including the procedure for determining and substantiation of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (contract)," the document says.
