OREANDA-NEWS  Vladimir Putin has made changes to the composition of the State Council, including the acting heads of nine regions, and the corresponding decree is posted on the official publication of legal acts website.

According to the document, the State Council includes: Acting Governor of the Kaliningrad region Alexey Besprozvannykh; Acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Dmitry Demeshin; Acting Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Yugra Ruslan Kuharuk; Acting Governor of the Tula region Dmitry Milyaev; Acting Governor of the Kemerovo region — Kuzbass Ilya Seredyuk; Acting Governor of the Kursk region Alexey Smirnov; acting Head of the Altai Republic Andrey Turchak; Acting Governor of the Samara region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev; Acting Governor of the Vologda region Georgy Filimonov.

The Head of state also excluded former heads of regions from the council: ex-governor of the Samara region Dmitry Azarov; ex-governor of the Kaliningrad region Anton Alikhanov; ex-governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev; ex-Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Yugra Natalia Komarova; ex-governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit; former head of the Altai Republic Oleg Khorokhordin; ex-governor of the Kemerovo region — Kuzbass Sergey Tsivilev. In addition, Putin clarified the name of Igor Levitin's position — "adviser to the President of the Russian Federation" (he has held this position since May).

The Head of State also instructed to create 21 commissions of the State Council on the directions of socio-economic development of Russia
