OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin has extended payments to participants in a special military operation (SVO) for disability to volunteers. The relevant decree has been published on the official portal of legal information.

It follows from the document that payments are also due to the military as part of the National Guard and the FSB, employees of the Federal Fire Service, bodies of compulsory punishment and employees of the Investigative Committee.
