"Dear Shavkat Miromonovich, I sincerely congratulate you on your birthday. You enjoy a very high reputation among the citizens of Uzbekistan, which was fully confirmed by the results of the recent presidential elections. Under your leadership, the country is confidently moving along the path of economic and social development, effectively protecting its interests on the world stage. You are making a great personal contribution to the strengthening of strategic partnership and alliance between our countries, fruitful bilateral cooperation in various fields," the telegram reads.

He noted that he highly appreciates the good and friendly relations with the President of Uzbekistan, and also added that he plans to continue working together on topical issues of the bilateral, regional and international agenda.
