OREANDA-NEWS Vladimir Putin, as part of a working trip to the North Caucasus Federal District, came to the horticultural farm of Agro 07 LLC in Kabardino-Balkaria.

The President is accompanied by Head of the Republic Kazbek Kokov, Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Yuri Chaika and Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut.

Agro 07 LLC, founded in 2007, specializes in the production and processing of fruit and vegetable products, primarily from apples. The gardens of the agro-enterprise are located in two municipal districts of the CBD on an area of about 200 hectares. This year, the company plans to lay another garden with an area of 40 hectares. The farm has modern fruit storage facilities. This year, the company plans to harvest about ten thousand tons of apples.

Since 2020, Agro 07 LLC has begun to specialize in the cultivation of blueberries, last year it was harvested by 25 tons. The farm also produces natural fruit pastille without sugar. It is expected that after getting acquainted with the work of the enterprise, the president will hold a meeting with the head of the CBD here.
