OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev touched upon key issues of dynamically developing bilateral cooperation during a telephone conversation, the Kremlin's press service reports.

"At the initiative of the Uzbek side, Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The key issues of dynamically developing bilateral cooperation in various fields were touched upon," the message reads.

"Topical issues of the international and regional agenda were also discussed, including taking into account the current presidency of the Russian Federation in the BRICS association," the message says.
