OREANDA-NEWS  The positions of Russia and Ethiopia on most global and regional issues are often close, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during talks with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

"The positions of our countries on most global and regional issues are often quite close," Putin said at talks on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Kazan.
