OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from new regions of Russia is one of the conditions for ending the conflict. He said this following talks with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, RIA Novosti reports.

"We are talking about the complete withdrawal of all Ukrainian troops from the Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions," Putin said.

He added that Russia stands for a complete and final end to the conflict, and the conditions for this were set out by him during a speech at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Earlier, the Russian leader said that currently the West, which is a supporter of Kiev, continues to use Ukraine as a "battering ram" and "victim" against Russia.
