OREANDA-NEWS  It is necessary to strictly suppress shadow schemes when spending funds, including budget ones, including when fulfilling state defense orders and implementing national projects, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"Of course, you must continue, as I just said, to keep in mind what is happening in the economic sphere, to strictly suppress offenses, the use of illegal shadow schemes, and, of course, the embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the implementation of the state defense order, national projects, our demographic measures, import substitution and support programs business," Putin said, speaking at the expanded board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
