OREANDA-NEWS Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Sergei Butin Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. The relevant decree was published on Monday on the official portal of legal information.

"Appoint Sergey Vladimirovich Butin as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. This decree comes into force from the date of its signing," the text of the document says.
