OREANDA-NEWS  "According to statistics, salaries in the economy as a whole are growing slightly above forecasts this year," Putin said at a meeting with the government. He set the task to achieve comparable dynamics in the public sector.

The Head of State asked to report to him how things are with the salaries of state employees and in what time frame the additional indexation of wages will be provided.

Earlier, Putin instructed the government to determine by the end of the week how much money the poor regions need to fulfill their obligations on public sector salaries.
