OREANDA-NEWS  On July 13, the festival of arts "Slavianski Bazaar" begins its work in Vitebsk. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will speak at the opening of the show, and a video message from Russian President Vladimir Putin will also be broadcast.

According to the Secretary of State of the Union State of Russia and Belarus Dmitry Mezentsev, the festival will open with a gala concert. During the festival days, a number of concerts will be held at the Philharmonic and theater venues.

A round table will be held within the framework of the Slavic Bazaar, where the tasks of heads of universities and creative teams, as well as artists will be discussed.

The festival will continue until July 16.
