OREANDA-NEWS. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky refused to accept the resignation of Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk.

According to the press service of the head of state, he posed a number of urgent tasks to the government. “Now is not the time to shock the country economically and politically,” the President said. “You know, I decided to give you a chance, as well as a chance for your government.”

It is noted in the press service’s statement published on Facebook that Zelensky discussed with Honcharuk optimization of the work of the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine, the issue of fair wages for members of the government and top managers of state-owned companies, the dismissal of ministers who did not achieve real results, and the establishment of a dialogue with the Verkhovna Rada.
