OREANDA-NEWS. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on January 30. This was reported on the website of the US State Department.

Pompeo will arrive in Kiev, where he will also hold talks with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko and the head of the country’s Defense Ministry, Andriy Zahorodniuk. In addition, the Secretary of State will participate in the laying of wreaths in memory of those who died in the Donbass. The ceremony will be held in Saint Michael’s Golden-Domed Monastery.

On February 1, Pompeo will arrive in Minsk. There he will meet with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei. Then the Secretary of State will travel to Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
