OREANDA-NEWS. According to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, Ukraine expects dynamic and energetic relations with the United States under the leadership of President-elect Joe Biden. The Ukrainians call security, reforms and economy the main vectors of cooperation between the two countries.

Kuleba, in an interview with TSN.ua, in response to a question about what Ukraine expects from the Biden administration, replied that “The Ukrainian side expects rock and roll. Ukrainians dream of very dynamic and driving relations with the United States. America and Ukraine are strategic partners This is official and de facto. Therefore, we need to add even more sound to this song of strategic partnership. We have security. This is one hundred percent priority. We have the transformation of Ukraine. This is where the US can seriously help us in strengthening the country from within."

According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, his country also expects the development of relations with the United States in the economic sphere, which are understood primarily as investments in Ukraine and trade in world markets.

Dmitry Kuleba also added that Ukraine would be happy if the post of special representative of the State Department for Ukraine was restored, but noted that "life will show" whether this will be done or not.
