US President Donald Trump claimed that the only way to end the unrest in American cities, where members of the Democratic Party are holding positions of mayor, is force. “The only way you will stop the violence in the high crime Democrat run cities is through strength!” the politician wrote on his Twitter page.

In particular, the head of state criticized Democrat Mayor of Portland (Oregon State), Ted Wheeler for inaction during the riots in the city. “Ted Wheeler, the wacky Radical Left Do Nothing Democrat Mayor of Portland, who has watched great death and destruction of his City during his tenure, thinks this lawless situation should go on forever. Wrong!” Trump wrote. According to the American leader, the residents of Portland and other cities of the United States want “law & order” that the Democratic Party cannot provide.

Earlier, police of Portland reported that one person died during riots which occurred on August 29.
