Trump Announced the Removal of Secrecy from Documents on the Investigation of His Ties with Russia
OREANDA-NEWS. US President Donald Trump has ordered a full declassification of all documents relating to the investigation into his alleged ties with the Russian Federation, as well as the email scandal of his election rival in 2016, Hillary Clinton. However, he did not specify when and where the information will be available.
“I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No redactions!” Trump wrote on his Twitter page.
In May 2017, the United States began an investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, overseen by Prosecutor Robert Mueller. In March 2019, the investigation announced that in the course of the proceedings, numerous attempts by Russian representatives to intervene in the election in the USA were identified, but it was impossible to declare collusion between Trump and Russia due to insufficient evidence.
In 2016, the mail of the Democratic National Committee was hacked, and thousands of letters from fellow party members of the candidate Clinton got into the Internet.
