"Problems in NATO countries require urgent intervention: vaccination, crisis, human rights in NATO countries," said a Foreign Ministry spokeswoman.
"When you solve your problems, we will immediately begin to study your experience. But only successful experience," added Zakharova.
NATO is concerned about Russia's "aggressive actions", said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
As Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said following a two-day meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the alliance, NATO in response to Russia's actions carried out a major strengthening of collective defense and remains committed to a combined approach towards Russia, combining deterrence with openness to dialogue.
