According to him, the Kremlin is familiar with the most pessimistic scenarios of the crisis. “We know that different economists give various scenarios, including the most pessimistic ones. The situation is really complicated, it is unprecedented,” the representative of the presidential administration said.

Peskov added that the Russian government monitors the situation “hourly”. Depending on how the situation in the economy will develop, the cabinet will choose a scenario of support measures, he said.
