So he answered the question whether the Kremlin drew attention to the so called virtual rallies in Yandex.Navigator, where residents of Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and a number of other cities demanded to introduce a state of emergency and complained about the self-isolation regime. Peskov noted that the president’s apparatus carefully monitors the emergence of new formats on the Internet. According to him, the authorities, as far as possible, take these messages into account when drawing up plans to support “participants in economic life” and certain categories of citizens.
