OREANDA-NEWS. The whole planet needs «total disinfection» because of the coronavirus pandemic. This is the opinion of LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who clarified that 11 deputies of the State Duma of the new convocation are already in the hospital. This is reported by Russian media TASS.

According to him, five deputies with coronavirus died. Zhirinovsky noted that those infected «became deputies, but they are already in the hospital». The politician believes that people all over the planet do not observe precautions, many die during the pandemic. That is why it is necessary to carry out «total disinfection» all over the world, the LDPR leader concluded.

Earlier, Zhirinovsky said that Russians expect to vote in the parliamentary elections of a «new big state». It is possible that we are talking about the legislative body of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.

Elections to the lower house of the Russian parliament were held on September 17-19. According to the Central Election Commission, five parties have been elected to the State Duma. The Liberal Democrats won 21 seats.
