The demand of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to interpret each clause of the Minsk Agreements indicates on Kiev’s misunderstanding of this text, and the Russian side is ready to help Ukrainians in its explaining. This was said by the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, on the air of the YouTube channel Solovyov LIVE.

According to the diplomat, Zelensky frankly admitted that he does not understand what is written in the agreements. “Now it becomes obvious why in recent years, already under Zelensky, all this has stalled. He simply did not understand what is written there,” Zakharova said. She pointed out that for many years people have been waiting for Ukraine to fulfill the Minsk Agreements, but it turns out that in Kiev they simply do not understand the content of a rather simple and small document. “I think that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia will be able to provide the President of Ukraine with assistance in this complex issue and decipher what is written in the Minsk Agreements,” Zakharova concluded.
