OREANDA-NEWS. The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova stated that the information campaign in the context of the coronavirus spread launched by the USA against the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China became more active.

“Everyone has already understood that the disinformation campaign against Russia was launched in the context of the pandemic,” Zakharova wrote on her Facebook page. “And today NATO Secretary General [Jens] Stoltenberg clearly determined its direction: Russia and China are spreading misinformation over COVID-19… seeking to change the world order.”

“I am not sure, by the way, that the “world order” in which Bloomberg [Information agency based in the USA. – Ed.] publishes an article with the title Experts Question Why Coronavirus Hasn’t Killed More Russians, is all right,” the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry added.
