“I do not exclude it (The possibility of using climatic weapons. – Ed.). Today, America uses all that is possible in advanced technologies,” the parliamentarian said in the interview with the radio station Govorit Moskva. Zhuravlyov noted that Washington is testing climatic weapons in defiance of international prohibition. He stated that Americans tested such weapons in Vietnam.
