This was stated by presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov. Earlier, some media reported on the discussion of this possibility.

Some Western countries are introducing new restrictions due to the spread of the coronavirus. For example, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier said in a televised address that the country will have the toughest lockdown ever since December 16.
