Russia Will Respond to the Czech Republic's Aggressive Policy

OREANDA-NEWS. Moscow retains its interest in establishing and maintaining friendly relations with the Czech Republic, but will not turn a blind eye to any negative actions by the Czech authorities. This was stated by the Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
«Of course, we cannot remain indifferent and tolerant of such unfriendly manifestations, and each time we will respond adequately, which is what is actually happening. But in general, we remain interested in further establishing and maintaining good partnership relations with the Czech Republic,» said Peskov.
The Kremlin representative also noted that the principle of maintaining friendly relations applies to all European countries.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced about the expulsion of two Czech diplomats from the country. Their names were given to the head of the Czech diplomatic mission. He was called to the Russian Foreign Ministry. This is a response to the expulsion by Prague of two Russian diplomats.
According to the National News Service, the department's decision is associated with a diplomatic scandal that broke out after Russian Foreign Ministry representatives were accused of trying to poison Prague politicians.
