OREANDA-NEWS. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani approved a bill that recognizes the US Department of Defense as a terrorist organization.

The bill was adopted on January 7 by the Majlis (Iranian parliament). All companies and institutions related with the Pentagon are also included in the list of terrorists. Speaker of the Mejlis Ali Larijani noted that “all Pentagon members, commanders, agents and other persons responsible for the death of General Suleymani” were listed.

In addition, the bill provides for the allocation of 200 million euros to strengthen the Quds Force, a part of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, headed by General Qasem Soleimani who was killed by Americans on January 3.
