OREANDA-NEWS. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law providing additional guarantees for the protection of interests of participants in shared construction.  This is reported on the site of the Kremlin.

 According to the document, a compensation fund will be created to protect the rights of citizens - participants in shared construction.  He will pay compensation in case of failure of the developer’s obligations to those citizens whose contract with the developer was concluded no later than October 20, 2017.  The fulfillment of obligations under the contract must also be secured by an insurance or guarantee contract.

 Also, the signed document allows HBC to qualify for state support for the completion of its problem object.
