OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian Federation plans to build up cooperation with Kazakhstan and other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of aircraft construction. This was stated by the leader of Russia Vladimir Putin during a speech at the 15th IASS air show.

“I would like to emphasize that our neighbor and ally,  Kazakhstan, is acting as a partner country of Russia at the current air show. We plan to increase interaction between us, Kazakhstan and other members of the Eurasian Economic Union in such a high-tech industry as aircraft construction”, - RIA News quotes Putin.

The International Aviation and Space Salon (IASS) is an exhibition of aviation and space technology as well as the achievements of the branches of science and technology related to aircraft construction. Traditionally, it is accompanied by demonstration flights of aircraft.

The IASS is held regularly in the town of Zhukovsky, near Moscow, once every two years, on odd-numbered years. One of the ten largest world aviation forums, including Le Bourget and Farnborough, ILA Berlin Air Show, Dubai Airshow, Airshow China and others.
