Putin Claims He Hopes to Agree with Zelensky on Improving Relations
OREANDA-NEWS. Russian President Vladimir Putin said he does not lose hope of agreeing with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky to improve relations between the two countries, but noted a change in the position of the Ukrainian politician.
“Hope springs eternal in the human breast, and such a probability exists,” Putin said in an interview with TASS news agency.
