Provocation of the Ukrainian Navy Ships Had been Coordinated by the Staff of SBU
OREANDA-NEWS The Federal security service of Russia issued a detailed report on the events of November 25 in the Kerch Strait, when three vessels of the Ukrainian Navy violated the state border of the Russian Federation and were detained.
Besides, it became known that onboard one of the Ukrainian vessels there were two employees of Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) responsible for coordination of provocative actions. In the Center of public relations FSB also reported that, according to available information, the Ukrainian warships acted on the direct instructions of the Kiev authorities.
"Ukrainian warships entered the territorial waters on the direct instructions of the Kiev authorities... Coordination of provocation was carried out by two employees of SBU who were directly on the Ukrainian vessels", - reported in FSB.
At the same time, it is noted that the Ukrainian warships invaded the territorial waters of Russia, which were such even before the reunification of the Crimean Peninsula with Russia.
In addition, the FSB distributed a detailed report on the events of 24-25 November, as well as several operational video interviews of Ukrainian soldiers on Board the detained vessels. Among them-an operative of the 7th Directorate of The main Directorate of military counterintelligence SBU senior Lieutenant Andrew Drach and commander of the division of vessels providing naval base "South" of the Ukrainian Navy (military unit A-1728) captain 3rd rank Vladimir Lesovoy.
According to Drach, on November 23 he received a task to follow the route Odessa-Mariupol through the Kerch Strait. And on the way a group of ships went into the territorial waters of the Russian Federation, where the coast guard repeatedly stated to the vessels of the Ukrainian Navy about the violation of the law and demanded to leave the territorial waters.
"When stopping at the anchorage, the coast guard once again warned us that we need to leave the territorial waters of the Russian Federation, go to the 12-mile zone and wait for further decisions on our passage through the Kerch duct," Drach said.
In turn, Vladimir Lesovoy, who headed the transition of the sea tug "Yana Kapu" and small armored vehicles "Berdyansk" and "Nikopol", admitted that after crossing the state border of the Russian Federation he visually observed the ships of the border service of the FSB of Russia.
