OREANDA-NEWS. Presidents of Ukraine and the Swiss Confederation, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Simonetta Sommaruga went on a working visit to Kyiv-controlled territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

This was reported by the office of the head of the Ukrainian state. It is noted that they are going to meet with representatives of the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the International Committee of the Red Cross, the United Nations structures in Ukraine and the leadership of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.

In addition, the leaders of the two countries intend to examine the humanitarian situation in Ukrainian Donbass.

In the Lugansk Region, Zelenskyy and Sommaruga will get acquainted with the implementation of the programmme Big Construction initiated by Ukrainian President and aimed at the building and overhaul of hundreds of schools, kindergartens, stadiums, hospitals and roads.
