OREANDA-NEWS. At the moment the debt of the Russian Federation in the Council of Europe works. The decision of PACE to completely restore the rights of delegation from Russia created conditions that to repay this debt. Such opinion on Wednesday to journalists was expressed by the permanent representative of Russia to the Council of Europe Ivan Soltanovsky.

On Wednesday, June 26, the head of the Russian delegation in PACE Pyotr Tolstoy said that representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe are in captivity of the misinformation presented by Ukraine. He noted that many estimates which are taken out by PACE concerning Russia - unreasonable and unfair.

Earlier the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted the resolution in which it confirmed in full powers of the Russian delegation.
