OREANDA-NEWS. TASS news agency, citing a source in the Federation Council, reported that all-Russian vote on the constitutional amendments proposed by the President Vladimir Putin is planned to be held before May 1, 2020. According to him, the voting procedure is being developed.

The source of RIA Novosti agency in the Federation Council said that adopting amendments to the Constitution is planned for the current year.
