OREANDA-NEWS. Russian media reported, that the wife of opposition politician Alexei Navalny left Russia. According to «Interfax», citing it's own source of information, she flew to Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The reasons for her departure are still unknown. There is no confirmation of this information from any sources. Her lawyer Svetlana Davydova has not confirmed or denied this information too.

Earlier, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested in absentia the associate and head of the network of regional headquarters of Alexei Navalny Leonid Volkov.

«Court elected a measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of two months, calculating from the date of Volkov's extradition to Russia, or from the moment of his detention on the territory of the Russian Federation», — said the press service.

Volkov is accused of inciting minors to commit illegal actions in information and telecommunications networks. He is put on the interstate wanted list.

Alexey Gresko, the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Yekaterinburg, filed a complaint against his arrest due to an unauthorized rally in support of an opposition politician on January 23 to the European Court of Human Rights.
