OREANDA-NEWS. On the first day of autumn, fourteen changes in the legal field will immediately fall on the Russians.

 Drivers will have access to a new type of document - an electronic notice of an accident.  Participants in the accident will have the opportunity to issue a Europrotocol at the State Service in 15 minutes without contacting the traffic police.  To take advantage of the innovation, drivers must have a personal electronic signature and the OSAGO Assistant application installed on their mobile phone.

 From September 1, a number of citizens will be able to perform the functions of a notary, without having a special education.  This is stated in the Federal Law of July 26, 2019 N 226-ФЗ.

 For example, if there is no specially trained notary in the village, then local residents will now be able to address notarial questions to the head of local administrations or a specially authorized person.

 September 1 expires during which the FIU must recalculate the amount of the fixed payment to the pensions of agricultural workers.

 After working for at least 30 years in agriculture, from January 1, 2019, a 25 percent bonus to the fixed part of the pension is due.  It is done automatically if the payment case has the necessary information.

 From September 1, it is forbidden to sell tickets to theaters, circuses, museums and concerts at a price higher than the one indicated on the ticket itself.  The cost of additional services, such as delivery, should be less than 10% of the price of tickets. New conditions for their return are also introduced.
