OREANDA-NEWS  Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russian relevant departments are monitoring the situation with possible US attempts to interfere in the conduct of the Russian presidential elections. He said that if interference is detected, Moscow will openly report it to the whole world.

Lavrov noted that Russia will not allow other countries to interfere in the internal affairs of the state. The minister pointed out that the US authorities still believe that they have the right to interfere in the affairs of sovereign states. The Russian presidential elections will be held on March 17, 2024, voting will last three days - from March 15 to 17.
