OREANDA-NEWS. The representative of Ukraine in the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbass, Leonid Kravchuk, said that the creation of a delegation, which should include the Crimean Tatars, is necessary to deal with the issue of returning Crimea to Ukraine.

According to the politician, the Contact Group for resolving the situation in Donbass cannot deal with this problem. “We must find separate approaches, separate conceptual solutions, a separate philosophy, separate proposals regarding Crimea. But I have no doubt that this should be done… I would suggest not to postpone this topic,” Kravchuk said.

He also noted that it is necessary to clarify in the Constitution of Ukraine that Crimea is not just a territorial autonomy, but a national territory. “This is a completely different interpretation, position, a completely different philosophy, completely different rights and a completely different structure of power,”  Kravchuk explained.
